After graduating from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1995 Gürkan Yanar worked in various public institutions and private sector firms for a while. Opening his own attorney's office in the year 2001 he has provided legal services to some Intermediary Institutions operating within the scope of the Capital Market legislation and leading banks of Turkey.
By combining the financial knowledge and corporate working experience acquired in these areas, he continues to provide consultancy services in Turkish and English and freelance attorneyship activities especially in all areas needed by corporate firms.
